How do you know it's working?

Test scores are easy to point to. Growth in confidence, kindness, and resilience is harder to see and matters more. What's a moment that told you your child was growing in a way no report card would capture?

Being the teacher, the parent, and the whole school system is a lot to carry. What do you do for yourself that keeps you patient enough to do this well? Answers like "I don't" are honest and also worth posting.

Siblings as the built-in social curriculum

Homeschooled siblings get an enormous amount of practice at conflict, negotiation, and repair, sometimes more than anyone wanted. What have you seen your kids actually learn from each other, and how much do you referee?
